As mentioned above, he battery and fuel pump have both been replaced (just this week), he car runs well, nd the brakes work as they should. The car has had only one previous owner (my great-grandmother) and my father inherited it from her. It has been completely smoke free since my great-grandmother stopped driving it in or before 1990. The damage to the front seat upholstery happened twenty or more years ago when my great-grandfather was still driving the car. My father continued driving the car with a seat cover over the damaged area. There is also slight damage to the upholstery on the back of the front seat.
