As you can see this is not an over-the- top street rod or show car. Meant to be enjoyed and appreciated. I have too many cars and projects and not enough space to accommodate them. As stated this rig was a frame-off build some years ago ( 24 years to be exact). Since that time the pickup has sat in a barn with a good roof and waited to be used again. Purchasing the rig I replaced all components that do not age well (fuel system brakes) two years ago. The pickup started its life as a service station vehicle and was owned by two mechanics winding up on a farm where it retired before being restored in 1991. I can't explain why I like to drive this pickup like I do maybe its the willingness of the 8BA flathead to send the rig forward maybe it's the driving position being able to look out the way you can or as any collectable car owner would have to admit the thumbs up whatever it is its a vehicle meant to be appreciated. I am not a dealer I don't "curb" cars either. I don't have space and things have to go sadly this is one. The last picture shows a small rust area in front of the passenger windshield I could fix this but I would ask more money.
