It stayed all original until 1983 when the Grandson decided to do a rebuild on it and turn it into a Hot Rod. In the front he put a 1975 Mustang front suspension with non-power disc brakes and non-power steering. 1966-68 Ford 289 V8 with about 42000 miles now on itsince stock rebuild with headers and only 2 barrel carburetor. Car was always Garaged and rarely usedsince restoration in 1983 but does show wear. Original owners health got bad so he sold it to his neighbor down the street in 2009. The second owner only did maintenance to the car and drove it on weekends. I purchased the vehicle 5 months ago and fixed a few things on the car to make it more driver friendly. It's ready to just drive as-is and enjoy or take it to it's next level. I didn't take the cartoofar and start pointing the direction the car would go inbecause I knew I wouldn't keep it long.
