I bought it from the original owner. a gentleman from Florida that bought it off of the showroom floor. I have the original window sticker. newspaper clippings from his hometown paper advertising the car. and quite a bit of documentation. It has only 77. 00 +/- miles on it. which is less than 3. 00 miles per year for the last 25 years. The mileage is on the CAR only. as the motor. transmission and everything else under the hood is BRAND NEW with only about 600 miles on it. This car has been very well taken care of. and has all of the options you could ask for. and then some!!! It is a rare white-on-white LX 5. 0 25th Anniversary convertible. with black accent stripe on hood. and black exterior/interior trim. This color combination is awesome. and you will never see anything like this on the street. I promise you that. I purchased the car basically bone stock. minus a cold air intake and mufflers/exhaust. From there I went straight to work upgrading and formulating the best Mustang I could. I started by removing the stock engine block and dropping in a Ford Racing BOSS 302 crate engine with all forged internals. GT40X aluminum heads and a 340hp rating right out of the box. Then I traded out the stock automatic transmission with a Tremec heavy duty 5 speed manual with a race quality clutch and short throw shifter. Then to increase power I added a Procharger intercooled supercharger. BBK intake manifold. BBK 75mm throttle body. 65lb injectors. BBK long tube ceramic coated headers. upgraded all aluminum radiator and full Magnaflow exhaust with high-flow cats. To bring it all together they installed an SCT tuner (mild tune) and got everything dialed in on the MustangDyno. It is putting out roughly 525 HP to the crank on only 11-12 lbs of boost (402 RWHP @ 5800rpm and 380 ft lbs @ 5100rpm) …and that’s WITH cats and AC!!! There is much more power to be had with some easy adjustments. but for just cruising around and going to car shows. this is very fast and extremely reliable. All of this came together to transform this Mustang to one bad-ass-beast that looks classy and sleek. just a "stock" looking 5. 0 with a mean sound and a lot of attitude. This was just what was done under the hood. not to mention the interior and exterior of the car. I went with some classy and stylish black on black 5 spoke American Muscle rims wrapped in Nitto sport tires filled with Nitrogen. The interior is just as nice. the power adjustable sport seats showing almost no wear whatsoever. however. there are a couple of blemishes on the rear seat. some slight peeling and some discolorations. but overall in fabulous original condition. As you will see by the pictures the interior and exterior look incredible. especially for an almost 25 year old car. I get sooooo many compliments and thumbs up when I drive it. not only for the looks. but the power and rumble that this car puts out.
