1966 MUSTANG GT CONVERTIBLE

Up for sale is a genuine. very original. 1966 Mustang GT Convertible. I have owned this Mustang GT Convertible since July 1990 and has always been properly serviced and garaged. When I bought this vehicle almost 25 years ago it had 13. 64 miles on the odometer. Today it has 18. 48 miles. Obviously this Mustang has had very few miles per year placed on it and was a Georgia car and since 1990 has resided in NW Florida. This beautiful 1966 Mustang GT Convertible is finished in a base/clear coat placed on it 3 years ago and is an excellent paint job. It was painted a desirable Tahoe Turquoise. which is the original color of the car and agrees with the Warranty Tag color code "U". The interior is a Light Aqua vinyl and Medium Aqua Rosette. Carpets are a Light Green to match. Convertible Top is White. All making this an excellent and striking color combination. SPECIAL NOTES/ FULL DISCLOSUREHad a failure on the A/C compressor in 2014 and I had it replaced with a new unit and converted to Freon 134Mileage when vehicle was purchased in GA was 13. 64 miles. GA required that all vehicles with vintage car titles show "beyond mechanical limits". I have put less than 5. 00 miles in 25 years. I am not "guaranteeing" this car has only 18. 48 miles. Had 4 new Bridgestone WW tires placed on the vehicle 3 years ago and there is a fairly new Bridgestone tire in the trunk as a spare. Have the normal drips from transmission when car sits too long and seals tend to shrink. No Rust ever!!!When I had the car painted 3 years ago the body shop noticed there was some minor bodywork on the lower rear valance. I never noticed it. Distributor internals converted to Pertronix electronic points. The car runs better and no points to replace or adjust. Rally-Pac clock runs but does not keep time. The fuel gauge is sometime intermittent. May be a pin hole in float.
