Finished in Wimbledon White over Red Vinyl and a black vinyl top. this pony is presented in a very classic color combination. Featuring a 289 4V HiPo engine. the car is fast. well sorted and beautiful!!!The factory build tag tells the following story:Body 75A - ConvertibleColor M - Wimbledon WhiteTrim 25 - Red Vinyl w/ Red TrimDate 29K - 29th of October 1965DSO 13 - New York District OrderAxle 6 - 2. 80:1Trans 6 - C-4 AutomaticThe car has had the same owner since 1986. and has been lovingly taken care of since. She was the recipient of a restoration back in 2003 and she remains in excellent driver quality conditio. The engine (not her original). transmission (automatic) and rear end were rebuilt to stock specifications; the car runs and drives beautifully. The motor benefits with an upgraded MSD ignition. and Edelbrock 4-barrel carburettor; she starts on the first turn of the key and has great driveability. power and torque!! The Red Vinyl interior was redone. as well as the convertible top and top motors. All suspension and brakes (Drums) were rebuilt as well. The car was brought to bare metal. and all panels that needed replacing were done with OEM Ford parts. The body is solid with no issue. The car has been driven approximately 5000 miles since the restoration work. and she remains in wonderful condition. She rides on her correct wheels wrapped in Kelly Explorer white walls with plenty of tread left. The power convertible top was replaced as well as the electric top motors; the system works as it should. and is is in near new condition. The padded visors. rear seat belts. back-up lights and push button radio with antenna were also replaced at the time of restoration. The paint and body are generally in excellent condition with great depth and luster. She has a new fuel tank. All carpets and vinyl were replaced. and remain in excellent condition with very minimal wear. Thousands were spent in bringing this beautiful pony to a level that would put a smile on anyones face so enjoy it today and bid with confidence as this ‘stang’ is good to go!!!
