1966 FORD MUSTANG RESTOMOD 302 5 SPEED PRO TOURING

Here in this listing we have a same owner 1966 mustang for over 30 years. It's time to move on. I know for sure that I will not get back what I have into it over the years. This car is extremely clean. There was never any major rust repair done. The car was always kept indoors and only used during the nice weather. It currently has a slightly modified 1990 302 motor . 30 over trick flow aluminum heads. It has some nice power but not too much where the car is not enjoyable. It has a T5 5 speed Trans with a nice hydraulic clutch set up. The motor has a brand new March pulley set up along with a nice power master alternator. Brand new 4 core aluminum radiator and pro electric fan setup. It has a 8 inch rear with 3. 55 posi gears. It has a nice sound with a true dual exhaust sound from the dynomax ultra flow stainless steel mufflers. It has non power disc brakes up front. It stops and handles great. Has a Holley blue electric fuel pump mounted outside the tank. Everything on this car is in great shape. Paint isn't that old. Same color for years. Paint is nice and shines great but does have a few imperfections from driving it. I don't trailer my cars. I enjoy them. This car can be driven anywhere. Oil pressure is between 60-80 psi all the time and never runs over 180 degrees. It has a Shelby nose with the bumper delete. Has a fiberglass cowl hood also. Interior is all new. Pro scat seats up front. I also have the material to have the back seat match the front just haven't done it yet. Headliner is in great shape. Dash is brand new along with all the auto meter gauges. They were all painstakingly fit into the original dash cluster. I don't like the one they sell aftermarket. It didn't fit right. The car needs a few small things from being out of winter storage. it Needs 2 front tires. a boot for the shifter inside the car. the rear seat to match front if you wanted and lastly the header gaskets should be changed. lastly I would just give it a fresh tune up and a few adjustments. I might even have most of that done by the time it sells. I will use it as the weather keeps getting better. There is no rot or rust on this car. Subframe is perfect. Trunk area is in great shape. I would put a new trunk mat but that's it. This was a well taken care of car over the years and will be missed. but time to move on. If you have any questions please call me at 347-386-4048.
