Car description |

This is an all steel, genuine 1933 Ford. Vintage hot rod sedan with classic styling. Desirable features include air conditioning, power steering and power disc brakes. This one you can get in and drive. It was driven well over an hour to get to us!
EXTERIOR: Real Henry Ford steel body with suicide doors and steel fenders. The body is in great shape. It is an older restoration and still shows very well. I didn't see any signs of rust or damage. The doors shut solid. It still has a working crank out windshield. The hood and rear valance have been louvered. The paint shows very well. The running bourds are sturdy and covered in ribbed rubber. The roof insert looks great, I did not see any issues. It has original style bumpers front and back. I really love the original chrome grill and greyhound hood ornament. I also love that it has original style headlamps with glass lenses and matching cowl lights. It has original style door handles. The taillights are tear drops with blue dots. The glass is tinted dark. The aluminum wheels look practically new.
INTERIOR: Very roomy, I had to slide the seat forward. 4 adults can ride comfortably. It was professionally reupholstered in tweed probably in the 90s. It is holding up very well, shows minor wear. The gauges are a matched set of vintage Stewart Warner gauges. It has a walnut steering wheel on a chrome column. The a/c vents and controls are neatly installed below the dash. It has a stereo. I like the vintage beveled mirror, original handles and swirled shifter ball.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The 327 motor runs really good. It has an Edelbrock aluminum intake with a four barrel carb and HEI ignition with a billet distributor. It is dressed up with chrome valve covers and chrome covers over the exhaust manifolds. It also has an air conditioning and heat system, air horns, power brake with dual reservoir master and power steering. I wouldnt say it's show quality but it is respectable. I dont have a car that runs better then this one!
UNDERSIDE: Up front it has a drop axle, disc brakes and new shocks. Looking up at the motor it's clean, the starter and fuel pump look new. It has a flywheel cover. The Powerglide automatic trans looks clean. It has a 1958 Chevy rear end with 3.36 gears. New shocks in back. The dual exhaust has glass pack mufflers. The brake hoses look new, the emergency brake cable is hooked up. It has ladder bar style control arms in back.
I still love a steel 33-34 Ford with a chrome grill, big headlights and running boards you can stand on. You don't need a remote control to open the doors either. Great vintage driver.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
