Car description |
---|
This is a hot looking 34 hot rod. The stance, colors in and out, wheels are beautiful. It has some very cool features under the hood too. Only 6,360 miles since built and it is obviously very well cared for. Even under this car shines!
EXTERIOR: Sexy! It is a quality Downs body. A smoothed out, chopped 3 window coupe with remote suicide doors. The body is straight, fits precisely and I did not see any damage. The silver metal flake is laid out evenly and both colors are polished to a smooth high gloss finish. The red pinstripe is even smooth to the touch. The paint scheme continues right into the jambs. There are wireless contacts in the jambs. New smoked glass, windows are power. The 15 inch Billet Specialties wheels are brightly polished. The BFG tires are like new, obviously much fatter in back.
INTERIOR: Striking red leather interior. Very comfortable, the positioning is great and its roomy. It has glove soft leather on a contoured reclining seat with an armrest. It also has red seat belts. The entire inside of the cab is upholstered and stitched to match. The dash is also upholstered and it has a beautiful instrument panel with machine turned bezel and billet trim. It has a set of classic Stewart Warner gauges. All the vents and controls are hidden under the dash. It has a polished tilt steering wheel column with a Billet Specialties steering wheel. Overhead is a stereo and power window switches. The speakers are behind the seat. It has bright red carpets with bound edges and matching mats. It has deadbolt safety locks once inside.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Wow it's a real interesting showpiece under the hood. I've never seen a high rise tune port injection and it's all chromed and polished beautifully. I've also never seen a set of valve covers where the plug wires are routed right through them. It is a 350 with aluminum Edelbrock heads. The air intake is a custom dual snorkle with K&N filters. A big big polished aluminum radiator has stainless steel hoses, a clutch fan and an electric fan to keep it cool. It also has a polished overflow bottle and aluminum water pump. It has a set of headers and an HEI ignition system. The alternator and a/c compressor are polished. The steering linkage is polished. The engine bay is smooth and glossy black.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The trunk lid has a power lift with billet hinge. The inside is completely upholstered and carpeted like the interior. It has a battery box. There is also a very nice soft car cover, a bra and chrome bar to prop the door open at a show.
UNDERSIDE: TCI chassis with independent front suspension. It has chrome tubular control arms, adjustable coil over billet gas shocks and rack & pinion steering. In back it has chrome tubular control arms and adjustable coil over billet gas shocks. Great sounding exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers and aluminum tips. Custom stainless fuel tank. Looking up at the motor it is clean, starter looks new. It has extra capacity oil pan and chrome flywheel cover. It has a 700R-4 overdrive automatic. It is kept cool with a custom oil pan with flow through cooling and it also has an external finned aluminum oil cooler. The u-joints look recent, driveshaft is painted gloss black. Looks like a Ford 9 inch rear and it has 3.30 gears. It is really clean under this car. It has disc brakes in front with stainless braided hoses. The lines are neatly run, calipers and drums are painted red. It has a bunch of gloss black and chrome. There is a hidden button to pop the door open.
I liked this car more and more after looking at it. The colors, features and condition impressed me.
