The Deposit:Please be ready to place a $1000 deposit within 48 hours of auction's close. All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction. If the car is not as represented upon your personal inspection at our dealership location, you will be under no obligation to purchase.
Tax, Title and License:Local residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in your county as well as title and licensing fees and dealer fees. If you live outside of our state, you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area. (plus our dealership fees)
Note: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours (2 business days) or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.
Legally Binding Contract:If you are the winning bidder of this auctions please follow through with the transaction. Remember, your winning bid is a legally binding contract to purchase.
All advertised prices are plus government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document processing charge or prep fee, any electronic filing charge, and any emissions testing charge. Seller reserves the right to end auction early in the event the vehicle sells locally. All financing offers are based on customer's approved credit and are offered through third party lenders, not affiliated with Seller.
Winning bidder MUST communicate with Seller by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If Seller cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 7 business days, Seller reserves the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other bidder. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the Buyer, all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be accurately completed, signed and returned to Seller.
Shipping & DeliverySeller may assist Buyer with finding a commercial carrier offering discounted shipping at Buyer’s request with the following understanding: Vehicle is sold “where-is” FOB at Seller’s location. All shipping arrangements are made as a courtesy to Buyer. Seller is not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between Buyer and the carrier and not with the Seller. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the Carrier selected. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping, transportation and insurance costs. Vehicle is deemed delivered when buyer, buyer’s agent or transportation company removes vehicle from Seller’s location. Seller is not responsible for any liability, loss or damage incurred during shipping or transportation.
Sales TaxBuyer is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered.
Seller reserves the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Professional pre-purchase inspections are welcome but must be made before the auction ends. Please ask any question before bidding. We have described the above mentioned vehicle to the best of our ability. However, with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the potential buyer to inspect as well as test drive any of the vehicles before finalizing purchase. If your personal inspection is not possible, we will be glad to help facilitate an inspection by your chosen local independent service center and will make arrangements to deliver the vehicle to them for this purpose.
All vehicles are sold in "AS IS" condition. However, extended warranty options are available on some vehicles. Please be advised that no oral statements concerning any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty of the condition of said vehicle. In regards to winning bidders and Buy Now option customers: All winning bidders and buy-it-now option bidders must personally inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not as represented upon personal inspection we will promptly refund your deposit.
Pertaining to non eBay winners: anyone with a deposit but the sale is pending financing, 3rd party inspection or any other contingency, the said vehicle will not be held and is subject to be sold at any time, until all contingencies are removed and a manager or owner accepts and signs the purchase order.
