Car description |

This is a very clean, modified 1993 Ford Ranger Splash pickup. The truck belonged to by father initially, so I do not know everything there is to know about it. I do, however, have a pretty good knowledge of its modifications. This truck has an early 90s 5.0 V8 in it. The engine is paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission with a shift kit. This is how the truck was setup when he purchased it. The interior is original. Here is a list of new parts that have been installed by a reputable mechanic in town.
- New spark plugs/wires- New starter- New water pump- New leaf springs- New ball joints- New Lokar floor shifter- New paint (roughly 10 years ago)- New spray-in bed liner (roughly 10 years ago)- New 18" American Racing torque thrust wheels/tires- New folding soft bed cover- Magnaflow dual exhaust (true dual, complete w/cats)
There are many more new and upgraded parts. The paint still looks great as it is stored inside. It has always run very good. I no longer have the space to keep it. There are a few small stone chips on the bumper and one of the mirrors. The dash has a crack on the top (pictured). All in all it is a solid rust-free truck that would make someone a nice little project. I cannot warrant anything on it, but as I said...it has always been a strong runner. Please let me know if there are questions. Mileage on the truck is roughly 120K and the motor is probably around 75K. Thanks for looking.
