OVERVIEW: 1974 Ford F600 with 16 foot Grain/dump body with 29000 original miles. GVW 19,700 lbs
BODY CONDITION: Excellent all original factory Paint and body panels. Truck has been stored indoors since new. The pictures tell the story of how rust free the entire truck is. The lettering on the Doors (from the previous owner) are painted on, So keep that in mind if you want to change the name on the doors.
MECHANICAL: All original 330HD engine and New process 435 4-speed transmission. It also has a two speed rear axle. All powertrain items work as they should with no unusual noises. Truck is geared low like all trucks of this era, So don't expect to drive 70 mph on the highway. 55 mph is a good cruising speed for this Truck.
BED SPECIFICATIONS: 16 feet long, 8 feet wide. Lower side panels are 39 inches tall and I also have matching 12 inch extensions that can be added to the panels to make them taller. I have the grain door panel for the back as well. All Hydraulic functions of the bed work normally. Hydraulic pump is PTO driven from the transmission. Pump has small leak when it sits for several weeks. If you don't need a grain body, the sides come off with some u-bolts removed and I have 16 foot long Wooden side rails (about 2 feet tall) that go in the stake pockets and then you have a Flat bed dump. If you need pictures of the additional side panels or grain door, Just let me know.
TIRES: Size 900 20, tread depth is still good but they do show age checking on the side walls.
Buyer is responsible for all arrangements for pick-up or shipper. eBay Message with any questions are welcome.
This vehicle is also for sale locally..
