Ford F-100 . Condition is Used.1960 F100 Body swap with a 2004Grand Marquis /Crown Victoria.Clean Arizona title Registered and Titled as a 1960 F100, Owner before me had it as stock long bed for about 40 years.Runs Great, Feels like a Crown Vic.For More pics and a short Video go-tohttps://davidpostgate.smugmug.com/1960-F1/or Postgate1.comI never got to finish it, My plan was to paint it the blue you see on the cab then distress it to look old and beat-down, I was not concerned to much about body work so if you want show quality it will need body work.I do not have a paint booth so I started with the cab in my garage so I could get new glass in it and keep driving it, Daily driver,Except that it needs windshield wiper motor.4.6l Motor, Auto trans, Omega Kustom Instruments, BUT I never got the New fuel sending unit installed that came with the gaugesso the Fuel gauge is not accurate. The truck will come with the New sending unit. The truck started off as a long bed, I took the fleet bed and removed 6" from the middle, 1' foot from the length. The fenders I was told are 58 international? I have got a ton of WoWs and other complimentary colorful words for the truck,But it needs someone to give it some finish it, Paint, Interior. Headlights work but some LEDs would shure brighten things up.Wiring under the hood looks cluttered, Thats because I kept all the Crown Vic Harnesses with plans to clean it up after I knew everything was in place and working properly, and again I never got to finish it, But there is a lot that can be shortened or cut out if you want that show car clean look, Or just drive it and enjoy the ride and attention. It does have the crown vic OBD 2 under the steering column, So its like a brain transplant for the 1960, Love Technology. The door glass is in place but the Window regulators are not installed, I have the original manual crank or I also have new electric window regulators. you get both so you can choose witch one to install.I have the original heater box that mounts under the dash and a cover for the lower part of the steering column, both are painted but the column cover needs a couple nuts and bolts.I do not have the Interior door handles, but you get my custom locking plier handles, Ok that sucks but I dont like the handles on the market so I was going to make mine, BUT again time and BS and BLA BLA BLA.This is all stock Crown Vic suspension with new coils springs up front and stock coils in the rear, I have a air bag set up I am including with it as a freebie (Not intended for any specific vehicle) just incase that is your flavor, BUT it will need brackets / fabricating.I have replaced the Intake manifold with a stock style along with that Damn heater tube hidden under the intake, so they should be good for a long time.History - I was told by the Vic owner that it was a cop car out of Cali ?, Then it was turned into a Taxi used in LA, thats how I got it, even found his Taxi id under the seat when dismantling. Not that it means much but he told meMuhammad Ali was a frequent passenger in his cab. I want to know who was a passenger when it was a cop car? This is just was I was told that does not mean that it is true. The 60 I got on trade for mechanics work on another vehicle, The owner gave me a Arizona title that was stamped 1968 and I think he had got it in 1965. when I changed the title Az DMV let me keep that title but they put the word void on it, (Its still cool) So you will get the New Clear Open Az title for the 1960 as it is, and the Old Title, But the Old is only good for a wall hanger. you also get the 2004 Crown Vic title as it was givin to me, OPEN, Clear Az title, from the last owner, Just in case you need it for some reason in your state. All Glass is New with new Rubber.Tilt Steering, 4 wheel disk brakes.NO SEAT BELTS. Mileage is un-known, I thought I could get this from my code reader but it only gives me codes and vin number. You can drive this truck as is on a Sunny day ( NO windshield wipers ) or Customize it to fit you, Im sure you already have a head full of ideas.Visit my Website for more Pics - Postgate1.comBuyer is responsible for shipping or pick-up at my location in Chino Valley, Az 86323.If you are in my area you can arrange to stop by and see the 60 in person. Please ask questions before bidding and if you wait untill the last half hour to ask I may not get back to you in time.Good Luck! and remember there is always someone that waits untill the last minute to through in there bid and steel your prize.
