Description
1976 Ford F-350 Camper Special. 7.5L 460ci engine. Automatic transmission. Extended cab, long bed, tow package with air brakes and brake controller. A/C manual windows 43k original miles! Clean title. 1 owner.This truck is in excellent condition. Was only used to go camping then stored away in the garage. Was bought brand new off the floor at a a camping expo in 1976. The interior is as if nobody has ever sat in it. Everything is original except the carb and air filter. Drives great with plenty of power. Idles smooth. Shifts flawlessly.
I went through and tried to pick out every little imperfection i could. What I found was it has a cracked tail light, A/C no longer works. I dont know if the A/C just needs a recharge or if its something more. The radio no longer works. Nothing plays from the speakers. Its the original paint so its not in flawless shape. There is some superficial surface rust on some of the underbody on a few spots. Nothing major that couldnt be cleaned no hole flaking or pitting of that sort. The tires should be replaced as they are many years old. In the picture its missing a hub cap but I have it on hand on the other factory wheel. Other than that its in great shape and drives wonderfully and no odors.
This truck was gifted to our family when our beloved aunt passed. We had high hopes that it would bring us joy and memories of camping but unfortunately it hasn't got the use that we hoped. I am mechanically inclined and was very close to my aunt so I can answer most questions.
