1968 Ford Mustang Fastback Factory 289 c.i original Acapulco Blue

1968 Ford Mustang fastback original 289 c. i with a manual transmission car. Acapulco Blue With a black interior . The 68 fastback is all original car has all the proper stamping including, windshield vin #, front driver fender vin# stamp, Front Fender data tag from Metuchen, NJ, and the original data tag on the driver door. The 68 Fastback will need a full restoration, as you can see the car is very solid underneath and in all the areas that usually are rusted out in these older mustangs. The floors are original and if properly pressure washed or sandblasted are very usable, The trunk area is also very clean and solid and will just need the same cleaning up. The passenger side door jam is off that is the reason the door is not closing properly. It does have a minor spot on the rear passenger and driver side rear quarter panel that will need to be fixed, but besides that the car has been preserved fairly well. The car is complete and has not been on the road since the 80's. If you are looking for a great 68 fastback to restore that has the right looks and a very rare desirable Acapulco Blue this is the one. The engine does turn over and the car rolls and steers fine.
