1964 Ford Galaxie 500XL Fastback 390-300HP-Sold AS IS due to rusty frame

Sold AS IS has rusty frame-Please read description before bidding: 1964 Ford Galaxie 500XL Fastback 390-300HP Automatic Transmission-I purchased this from the original owner (I have original title) who purchased it new from University Ford Champaign, Illinois. It has the following factory equipment: air conditioning, power windows, seat belts, remote mirror, tinted glass, am/fm/stereo with front and rear speakers, power steering, power brakes, fender skirts, wire wheel covers, vinyl top, floor mats, bucket seats with floor shift and console. It has been sitting in damp storage for 15 years and the frame is rusty and needs to be repaired or replaced. It runs and drives but needs fluids changed, air conditioning doesn't work, rear windows are slow. It has had one repaint and the body has some bubbles, patch in the trunk pan.
