1985 Ford F-250 Diesel tow special

1985 Ford F-250 built to tow. 4 speed tran. (OK, 3 + granny low). Overdrive (Gearvendors) plus cruise control makes the interstate easy, Jake brake for the hills (yes a 3/4 ton diesel pickup has a Jake brake) Two outlets for trailer electrical hookup plus lever to activate trailer brakes. 140 gallon aux. fuel tank makes for infrequent fuel stops. Hydraulic lift makes lifting heavy cargo into the truck easy. New tires. I purchased this vehicle from the daughter of the original owner, who I have know for 20 years; hence I am quite familiar with the history. The truck was used almost exclusively to tow, primarily a 26 foot travel trailer but others as well.Thus we have the very low mileage (60K). An adapter kit was installed on the AC so that it uses modern coolant.. I am retired, thus other delivery options are possible, with additional consideration, of course.
