Hello up for sale is an original 1966 Ford Falcon sedan.

This car has been in California all of its life, I inquired this car from I friend that had it for over 15 years and I’m told my friend purchased the car from the original owner.

I don’t know much but I will try to describe the car as much as I can and know.

The car original paint seems to be light gray but at some point was painted white, but much of the paint is gone now and the metal has some light surface rust. Luckily the metal is holding STRONG. In fact, I would probably just keep the patina look since it looks quite awesome in my taste.

The drive terrain seems strong and does not smoke at all. The car starts right up and keeps with traffic just fine. The automatic transmission shifts are tight.

The interior seems to be original and feels tight and clean, the carpet seems original and the peddles look like new, the dash has little imperfections but looks almost perfect.

The car brakes ok, but due to not having power brakes from the factory is a bit awkward to brake since you have to press the paddle harder to stop. The steering is also manual. No power steering from factory.

The engine seems to be original and the air filter cap states 200.

Known faults:

1.The engine has an exhaust manifold leak by cylinder 5, which makes it sound like a locomotive.

2.The brakes might need attention but the car does drive and stop just fine.

3.Control arms look worn but the car handles well.

4.The driver’s side window, won’t roll down, but the handle seems to be working fine since it does move a little.

5.Radio does not power on

6.Interior lights including dash do not turn on

7.Horn does not work

8.The trunk key mechanism is missing, but a screwdriver can open the trunk very easily.

9.The car has original hubcaps but one is dented

10.Tires still have some life left and seem ok

11.Wipers work but have no rubber blade left.

12.Wiper washer reservoir is missing

13.Gas cap feels loose but works

14.The windshield has only one crack by the passenger side

15.The driver and one passenger door are missing the armrest but are included in a small parts box, both seem to be broken by the mounting holes.

16.The driver’s side door has a minor dent.

17.The trunk seems to have some paint rust or grease marks looks solid.

18. Original muffler is rusted and makes the car sound louder.

The car does come with original key, manual, car jack and wrench to loosen the wheel bolts.

The mileage is unknown but shows 6490 miles, most likely it has gone over.

The car has the original black license plates and is registered until august 2020.

Future bidders are welcome to inspect the car before bidding.
