I am the 3rd owner. Previous owner had 30 yrs he's 83 yrs 0ld. He replaced the original engine with a strong running 390. The original gas tank is gone and others have been added. all bolt in. The battery has been relocated to under the hood. The original battery door is located on the passenger floor. opens with ease but now has a gas tank mounted under it. Matching tank on the other side. Tank filler is under the backside of the seat and went into the corner of the cab. nicely done but unnecessary. Everything works with the exception of the generator just quit charging. Master cylinder leaks out the back of the firewall. add fluid and the brakes work perfect. Hit them and you stop straight and fast. I have a new master cylinder in the box. and new fuel pump. I'm unable to do any repairs at the present time. Good tranny. ransfer case. otor. diffs. olid truck with minimal rust. Only the front of the hood has any rust through. If you fixed the generator I would drive to Seattle from Oregon and not worry about it at all. Changed and added all fluids after a 7 year sit. I have put maybe 2 hundred miles on it and have not a lick of oil is needed. No smoke at start and none after an hour drive. Very good solid dependable truck. Verify any of this with my next door neighbor who just decided it was time to let it go. Title is in hand and in my name. I have built many old cars and this is a fair priced truck for what it is.
