1985 Ford F-150 Blue Regular Cab Long Bed 2WD Manual Transmission Pickup Truck

Seventh generation Ford F-series. XL Standard Cab Long Bed. 4 speed manual with 4.9L, 6 cylinder engine. Under 69,000 miles. Stock dashboard, gauges, AM radio, no AC. Vinyl seat/back. Drop-in Pendaliner brand bedliner. Ball trailer hitch on rear bumper.

CONDITION: Fair condition and very low mileage on a 1985 vintage vehicle. Interior still looks good—especially for a 35-year-old truck—with minimal wear (see photos) including "woodtone" dashboard. 3-year-old (and seldom used) carburetor, clutch assembly and slave cylinder. Basically new tires have barely been driven on (exterior truck photos show old tires). Significant issues include the following: Heater is not working, rust on the underside, same rust from underside is visible on the lower edge of the body on the driver’s side front fender (see photo), edge of bedliner on the passenger side about two feet back from the cab has peeled away slightly. Like many Ford trucks from this era the second (rear) gas tank is unusable so the fuel line to rear tank has been closed off. Generally need to pump the gas when you start her up.

Previously loose passenger sideview mirror was replaced (with same shape/design) since exterior photos taken. Tires on truck are barely used (P215/75R15 Cooper Trendsetter SE 100S) and are different than the old tires seen in most of the exterior photos.

The truck needs to be started regularly and driven at least weekly. The more frequently you drive her, the better she runs.

Truck is in Fort Lauderdale and I prefer dealing with a buyer who lives in south Florida.
