Car description

1965 Ford Mustang A code coupe.
Here is a Mustang that looks to have been setup as a daily driver.
The engine starts up easily and sounds good, the car shifts well, it has power brake booster with drums all around. The car has an Edelbrock aluminium intake, Holley four barrel carb., working washer fluid set up and a Shelby engine dress up kit. It has headers and dual exhaust with Flowmaster style mufflers, sounds nice and not too loud. The horn, turn signals, wipers, lights, GT fog lights and inside courtesy lights all work. The car has the cluster updated with white background and comes with extra gauges. The dash is uncut, the speakers have been removed form the car. The car has a very nice interior that has pony seats, nice carpet, door panels and headliner.
Overall the car is very solid with original floors. Body looks very straight, the paint is old and has chips around the car. The previous owner lived in southern California near the beach. You can see in the last three pictures the main areas of some rust, there are some other minor areas too. A nice paint job and replacing the outside bright- work/chrome trim will make this a car one that you could take to local shows as well as enjoy driving around. The tire have 10%-20% tread left, rims look good from a distance, but have some peeling/rust. The car has it's old/original six digit license plate, but was retained.
