This is a Ford F100 Ranger, 1971. 240 cu in inline 6 - same as the 300 cu in I6 except shorter stroke - lower compression - can use lower octane gas. 3-speed manual [three on the tree] transmission. Mileage is unknown. Truck is in fair shape - brakes work, transmission shifts easy, steering good, no visible rust except for the right inner hoodframe - see picture. Engine starts and runs BUT it has serious blow-by and smoke out the crankcase vent. At a minimum, it will need a ring and valve job. Dirty, and the paint is poor .Buyer will need to arrange transport and pay the sale price with a cashiers check within7 days of the end of the auction.
