Car description |

Ford F-100 . Condition is Used.
All original 1965 Ford F100 truck for sale. Good running 352 v8, four speed transmission, two wheel drive. This is a custom cab model and was the first year for Ford's twin I beam suspension. There is no tailgate.
This truck spent all of its life on the farm in the Nebraska. Clean NE title in hand. There is very little rust but judge for yourself. Claimed as original miles (136K) and two owners but lets face it, its 54 years old. Having driven it awhile I believe it. To look at the bed it appears this truck was well cared for and never hauled anything heavy. It literally just came to MI with it on a trailer. There are no rust spots, dents or dings on the entire truck body. Factory tool box in the bed is present with no rust.
The windshield is cracked, missing tailgate (have ph number where one is), will need floors replaced. Very original, unmolested truck. Rust starting on cab mount. The grill and front including bumper are close to perfect.
.
My test drive results: engine starts easily, all lights and turn signals need to be gone through, leaky exhaust manifold, 352 engine has strong torque as it should, very little smoke, clutch is very strong, transmission shifts up and down properly, brakes soft pedal need bled, tires are old but all holding air. Ran fine around town except for the carburetor not running smooth because of non-use. It is not ready for daily driving. It has never been driven here in MI except on dry roads.
This information is provided by me. It is my opinion only. Serious buyers are strongly encouraged to perform an inspection for themselves. Truck is for sale locally. I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time should it become not available. I can help with shipping with your carrier. Hagerty values it more than $7K in No. 4 condition.
I will not respond to offers or requests for additional pics. Pic were taken last week. Wanted to keep it but parking is being strictly enforced (tow away) where I live.
