Description
This 1988 LX 5 speed is a pretty solid car and a great candidate for restoration. Very little surface rust on the body at all. I’m a car dealer and purchased this one for myself but $5500 later I’m realizing that it’s too much of a race car to put on the street, plus it has too many loose ends for me! The interior needs some trim pieces, the headliner fabric needs to be replaced, the bodywork it’s the best, and the carpet is ugly! The engine runs strong but no power steering and the suspension is as stiff as a wagon! This car has probably had many owners that thought they were great mechanics and each have done little odds and ends. The only thing I’ve done is had the rear axle rebuilt and an Eaton posi installed and that was done professionally! It’ll lay two black marks for as long as the tire will hold! The previous owner set it up for street racing on a budget! $500 deposit due upon winning the bidding!
