I have for sale a 1965 Econoline 3 window pickup. THIS IS A NON RUNNER!!! Rolling project only.
Body is in pretty good condition, no major rust in any structural areas, rear corners, front corners, doors, rear and front wheel wells are very solid. Inner door jambs and steps are solid, surface rust in some areas but still good and solid. There is some rust thru in places on the actual interior floor panels and flat areas of the bed in front of the wheel tubs.
At some point someone attempted to do a mid engine V8 swap. Hence the rear section of the interior floor, backwall and front portion of the bed have been cut out.
There is currently a long block 429/460 block mocked in the frame with VERY temporary mounts. No transmission or driveline is present or included.
Front axle appears to have been rebuilt, and converted to disc brakes with new caliper mounts and rotors.
Rear axle is a Ford 9" 3.50 ratio with a "posi" type differential. Unknown if it's a spool, mini spool or Trak-Lok.
New but vintage BF Goodrich Radial T/A's mounted on pretty nice Cragar S/S 14" wheels.
Still has the factory glass, and all is still in good shape, no cracks or fogging.
Included are a nice set of front and rear bumpers, fuel tank and straps, original shift linkage rods, rusty tailgate, and a few other misc odds and ends such as glove box, lens and nuts and bolts.
This was the long term project of a fellow that died numerous years ago...sat in his dry shed for a longtime after he passed.
This is a very good and solid 3 window Econoline pickup for v8 swap and upgrade.
Vehicle is in the NW corner of WA State...clear title.
Possible delivery for $1 a loaded mile within 700 miles.
