Very nice low mileage 76 F250 having just turned over 99K miles, for the first time. Loaded up Camper Special with a strong running 460 and a strong C6 transmission. I am selling this for my brother who lives in the Portland, Oregon area and he is not Ebay savvy, so I am listing it for him. Prior to him getting it last August, it was a 2 owner truck. He is relocating and no longer needs the truck.
The body and frame are rock solid, no rust. It does have a small kink in the passenger front fender. Other than that, the body is great, just needs a good cleaning and polish. It is a Camper Special, so it came from the factory loaded up with power steering and power disc brakes as well as factory A/C. The A/C is not currently working. The cab mounts, inner fenders and frame are all in remarkable shape. Tires were replaced less than 1,000 miles ago at a cost of over $1,000.
The engine runs strong and the transmission shifts great. It was driven over 300 miles recently without a hitch. Just put on a new drag link for the steering at Les Schwab store locally. The interior is original and in really good shape for it's age. There are a few split seat seams, but definitely not beat up.
Overall, this is a really good survivor, original truck with minimal changes from stock. As these get older, there are fewer and fewer unmolested, nice original examples left. Price is set at a fair amount. Feel free to call me with any questions at (406) 539-4500 if you need additional information. Will try to get more pictures posted soon.
Deposit of $500 via PayPal immediately upon sale. Cash, cashiers check or bank wire only for balance of payment within 3 business days of sale. The truck can de driven away or you can arrange for shipping/trailering yourself.
