This Pro Touring 1965 GT350 Shelby Mustang Tribute car looks more beautiful than the real deal and is being offered at just a fraction of the cost for the impeccable quality of this bitchen build. Restoration completed in 2012. Body and jams primed with sealer primer paint. Finish color is 2007 Lexus "Candy Apple Red" with multiple layers of clear. GT350 fiberglass hood with functional scoop, billet hinges, functional side scoops, complete undercoating, and complete Dynamat, new rubber and weather stripping inside and out and new glass throughout. Painless wiring harness complete with new fuse block, and 16-gallon fuel cell, and stainless lines. All shock suspension has been removed and a race-ready setup installed, Heidts front cross member for a Mustang II style has been welded into the frame horns and tubular upper and lower A-arms used. Coil over QA-1 shocks provide the soft yet firm ride. Rear 4-link set up behind sub frame connectors and a X cage chassis stiffener. Rear coil overs, custom panhard bar, and high-performance sway bar up front. 9 inch Currie rear-end, with posi-traction 3rd member housing, 3.70 gears and 31 spline axles. Wilwood Big Brake Kit with 4-wheel disc brakes. Sitting on American Racing Torq Thrust II 17 inch wheels ties the whole package together just right. 347 stroker with 430 HP/450 torque, fully balanced and blueprinted, backed by a Tremec TKO-600 5-speed transmission, and McCloud hydraulic clutch, F.A.S.T. Fuel Injection System, and 3-pass aluminum radiator with a high cfm electric fan. The engine is fully dressed with Billet Specialties Trutrac serpentine system and she is finished off with a complete custom fabricated exhaust system from ceramic headers to duals out the back complete the list of power goodies. Custom black leather interior, Auto Meter gauges, Flaming River steering column, with upgraded power rack and pinion. Vintage Air heating and cooling set-up, superior sound system with XM satellite, Bluetooth, and trunk mounted amplifier.
