1990 Ford Tempo 22k 1 owner miles 4 cyl auto cold air great shape

1990 Ford Tempo GL sedan with 22k right miles. One owner, who died in March at age 90. Interior immaculate, including factory floormats. 2.3L 4 cylinder, 3 speed automatic transmission. Tires are in excellent shape with no dry rot and new tread, but were manufactured in 2014 (testimony to the low miles.) New fuel pump and battery (typical to go bad in cars that sit).
