Car description |

For sale is a 1971 Ford LTD convertible with just about 35,000 miles. I have owned it for about 10 years, and the time has come to let it go.
Overall in very nice shape, but like most unrestored cars of its age, it isn't perfect.
Starts right up every time, runs great, and feels great at highway speeds. The power convertible top opens and closes like it should. Really a pleasure to drive and gets lots of looks around town.
The bad news: The horn, power seat, blinkers, factory AC, and cruise control do not work. The convertible top is on the newer side, but there's a small hole at the rear driver's side; probably could be patched. The interior is in very nice shape, especially for a convertible, but there is one small opening on the passenger side of the front seat (see pictures), and the dash is split in a few places. Far less rust than similar cars, but the door frames could use some work (pictured). There's a scratch on the drivers side. Floor and trunk are really solid.
Other than that, you could drive it as is indefinitely, or fix it up as you drive it, or put a small amount of effort and money in to make it perfect. The choice is yours!
Please, only bid if you're serious about buying the car. Feel free to ask any questions. Best way is to text Sam at 646-761-5807.
Can deliver within a few hours of the NYC area for the right price.
Cash only in person, unless we make other arrangements beforehand.
