1964 Ford Galaxie 500 Custom 2DR Sunliner Convertible 7.5L 460 V8

This Space Race-inspired classic car will turn heads no matter where in the universe you go.

The 1964 model, with its upgraded NASCAR-style body lines capped a wonderful run before the body changed to a bulkier style in 1965. The custom paint job is in "good to fair" condition with some chips and light scratches. Also noted is some chipping on the hood paint due to tight gaps near the front (see photos). Even with minor inclusions, this paint job is incredible with light gray ghosted flames under the clear coat. This, paired with its exceptionally conditioned black convertible top that operates smooth with no binding, makes it a true head-turner. The beast rides on American Racing 5-spoke wheels and 235/40rz18 95W XL low-profile tires. All of the aluminum and chrome trim is in very good condition with a small amount of pitting on the window trim; other than that, the accents are in immaculate condition. All lenses are clear with no fogging or cloudiness noted.

The interior will grab your attention with its rich red leather and carpet. An upgraded BOSS touchscreen stereo provides amazing entertainment for stereo, CD and/or DVD. But, front and rear crank windows keep you nostalgic while the rest of your ride screams customization.

Under the hood this car boasts a 7.5L Police Interceptor 460 V8 engine with 195hp paired with a 3-speed Ford C6 automatic transmission. Plenty of power to get you where you are going in style.
