The body is real steel, although with a number of modifications. This is an old build, probably around 1975. It's chopped around 4 inches. All the glass is safety glass. Right now it has a pair of buckets from an RX8 in it, but it's the third pair I've tried out. You can have them all. It has a new (last year) 18-gallon gas tank. Runs on regular gas. The rear seat has been replaced with a wood cover with storage. The engine is a crate Chevy 350 with about 15,000 miles on it. Last year I had the original front frame and suspension cut off and all new suspension installed. It had a really ugly Pinto front end on it. Now it's premium Speedway and SuperBell stuff, with a UniSteer half rack. The rear is from an S10, 3.73 ratio, non-posi. The rear suspension is an air system from what used to be Air Ride Technologies. The transmission is a 700r4 with a 2800 stall converter. The converter has a manual lock-up. No heat or air, but there is room under the dash for it to be added. Gets about 15 mpg on the highway. Delivery may be available for a reasonable fee.
