This is a 1967 Ford F100 2wd long box with the 208 horsepower, (172 net taxable horsepower), 352 V8 engine. It has the granny gear 4sp manual with the rear end upgraded to ahigher gear ratio for freeway speeds. It cruises easily at 70 mph.
Other upgrades and options are:
* Power steering
* Power brakes
* New starter
* New water pump
* Shoulder strap seat belts
* Seat recovered like original
* Dash overlay
* Kenwood cd/am/fm radio
* Nice mellow sounding dual exhaust
* The original rubber flooring all intact
* All the gauges function as they should
* Lights, turn signals, hornandwipers work
* Radio and heater system works well except as indicated in the condition report.
* Coolant overflow bottle.
* nice door panels, headliner and visors
* has newer or at least very good door seals
The truck drives down the road really nice, the steering is tight and the brakes are strong. The windshield is good except for a few small reparable chips. The transmission shiftseasywith no grinding.Itwas, as far as we know, painted one time about 20 years ago back to the original Wimbledon white. I hope the walk around video will show you that the body is quite sound. There's no big rust holes or patched areas above the wheel openings or rocker panels. Its pretty evident that the truck has not been stored outside for much of it's life. The doorsand windows operate pretty much as new.
It has anaftermarket steering wheel but....I'm throwingtheoriginal very nice virtually crack free steering wheel with perfect pit free horn ring, It hasjust the rightamount of color wear( patina.) Another thing that goeswith the truck is a Fordscript under dash ac blower and diverter. It is missing the temp control knob and is not in as nice condition as the steering wheel assembly. The ac will haveall the other under hood parts to work.Vintage Air would be more efficient and easier to install but lots of people love to have these old Ford script originals.
I've tried to give a fair description of the truck but please view the virtual walk around and drive video we made. By studying the video and focusing in on the stills, you should be able to get an idea of the above average condition of this 52 year old survivor. Please do not hesitate to message me with any questions you might have, I'll send you back honest answers.
Thewalk around and drive videos are on youtube @ https://youtu.be/CNi8Bg5WoG8 If you have trouble using that link please message me.If you can't just click on thelink you may have to copy and paste it in your browser
NOTE;((You may have to drag the red bar on the video back to start to see it from the VERY beginning.)) When I went to look at i, it was starting part way through instead of the walk around at the beginning in the drive way. Thank you; HP
