1951 Ford F3 Rat Rod. This truck was built for the 2014 Rat Hard Build Off competition and is featured in the December edition of Rat Rod Magazine. The truck was driven from St. Louis to Chattanooga and then to Nashville for the Rudnick Rumble. It was also featured in the Columbian newspaper and Clark College Magazine. The truck has an 8BA flathead V8. 3 speed manual and a Ford 9in rear end out of a 63 Ford F100. The front axle is also out of the 63 F100. The tires are new except for the 600 miles we have put in them so far. It has working gauges heater and a working wiper so this is a great all year around driving truck. It rides nice and runs great. New aluminum radiator. electric fan. electric fuel pump. brakes. tires. water pump. wiring harness and many other parts. The frame has been Z'd 6in in the front and 12 in the rear. The cab has had 4in removed from the bottom and channeled 6in over the frame. The bed has also been channeled over the frame with a reclaimed barn wood cover with a Model A door handle for a latch. Tons of cool details on this truck including some great pin striping. This is a great truck. we have put 600 miles on it and it has been very reliable.
