1949 FORD MERCURY M68 PICKUP TRUCK FOR RESTORE RATROD or HOTROD FLATHEAD V-8

NO RESERVE... Totally original 1949 MERCURY M-68 FLATHEAD V-8 PICKUP TRUCK serial # PF83H49-29332. Original flathead is still intact and complete condition unknown. Body is very solid and has excellent cab corners, doors, sills, running boards, etc. Dings and bruises from farm use over the years but almost totally rust free with a little area on upper front fenders, just above the seam which is common to this year and model of pickup and rear fender seams by box. Floorboards are solid and rust free. Current box floor is plywood not sure of condition of boards underneath but they are most likely rotted. Beautiful sunbaked Patina which is about as nice as you will come by these days. There is also a tailgate on the truck which are usually missing but the name plate section is gone and replaced by a chute gate. The two front side marker lights are missing but they are easily sourced as the larger M Series trucks used them as well. Interior is in decent original condition with very good seat. Windshield glass and drivers side glass are cracked. .The tires are decent all hold air and it rolls fine. Truck currently has a Canadian title but will be sold with all the paperwork necessary to title it in your home state. Successful bidder is required to pay $500 via PayPal within 24 hours of auction close with the balance to be paid via bank transfer within 3 days of auction end. International bidding welcome as long as bidders are prepared to pay any extra costs involved with shipping overseas. Can ship the truck to Port of Bremerhaven Germany, or Rotterdam, for $1900USD. Vehicle is presently stored in Winnipeg MB Canada but can be made available for pickup in Pembina 58271 for the winning bidder or his/her carrier of choice as I have a storage yard there.Can provide short term storage pending pickuponce vehicle is paid for in full.
