1979 Ford Ranger F250 Supercab 4x4 with Dana 60s

This is a 1979 Ford Ranger F250 Supercab 4x4 with a 351 engine and dana 60 front and rear-ends.

This in an original Baker county Oregon truck with only 70,000 miles- I am the 2nd owner. The story is that the original owner ordered it from Phillips Long Ford in Baker Oregon prior to leaving the military it was waiting for him when he returned home in July of 1979. He told me that it has never been further than 300 miles from the farm. I have the original title and registration from July of 1979 as souvenirs.

This is the f250 ranger model with the 351 engine and 205 transfer and 4 speed. It has the 8400 GVW- Dana 60 front and rear, with 3.54 gearing. It has no rust or soft spots, the bed has some bumps and bruises from the farm use- the cab forward is in really good shape.

Everything works as it should- it just needs driven. It sputters a bit when just starting out and the brakes are a little touchy! All the headlights and blinkers work good, it sounds good,shifts smooth and has no power steering whine.

It has the full back bench seat, all the plastic is good, the front seat is in good shape but the driver's side door panel is bad, all the glass is good with no chips or cracks.
