1959 Ford F100 Panel Truck, Advertising/ Beach Cruiser/ Street Rod LOW RESERVE

Beautiful old 1959 Ford F100 Panel Truck almost completely stock that runs and drives with a smooth running 223 straight six engine and a three speed transmission with column shift. Overall the truck looks very nice with new paint and all the chrome details etc in place. The repaint was done a few years back during a partial restoration process but it has never been out of indoor storage or on the road until recently. It is not a show truck or street rod quality paint and body job but still very nice. The truck had some of the usual rust issues for the age and most of it was cut out and replaced with partial metal patch panels etc with other misc details repaired prior to the repaint.Front floor boards appear to have had metal patch panels installed at some point but are now solid.Paint is very nice with a few imperfections but a solid 8 out of 10 and looks outstanding going down the road or standing right in front of it. Bumpers front and rear have been refinished.gray.There are still a few rust spots underneath the truck on misc sheetmetal etc that are not significant but the frame and drivetrain components are very solid. Truck has stock steel wheels with good all season goodyear tires on all four corners. The interior has a great old dashboard with chrome detailing etc and mostly complete and working including aftermarket am/fm stereo, aux air controls and a cigar lighter. Seat is a nonstock replacement with a few small tears but fits the truck well and is probably more comfortable than the original. Cargo walls and door panels were done at some point with blue vinyl over custom fit panels which look good and remain in good shape. The cargo area has an old original wood floor with steel trim ribs that has a classic used appearance with a couple coats of fresh clear finish applied and original metal panels elsewhere. The balance of interior is gray metal throughout including doors,dash,jambs etc. Windshield is new, door glass is in good shape and windows operate properly as do all the doors. Floor in front area has older automotive fitted carpet that is glued in place over sound insulation/paddin, it has some staining but not torn etc and is serviceable as is.As far as mechanical condition the truck starts right up, runs smooth, shifts well and stops as it should. I don't have an extensive history on the drivetrain but it appears to be entirely stock and is performing well as is and does not seem to have any issues. Radiator had a small leak and it is currently being professionally repaired for reinstallation. I have tried to be as honest as possible on this vehicle by stating all that I know here.However the truck is being sold AS-IS with no warranty implied.

A few things that need attention will be reinstalling replacement wiper motor, steering wheel is not original w/ no center cap, sorting out door locks(there but not functioning properly), Rear cargo door stops(piece that stops them from opening to far), a few under dash items, and very minor interior/exterior details that would make the old truck 100% if desired. These few things are just tinkering type details and a few weekends would do it.This is a very rare and desirable vintage truck with a million uses and most of these old rigs were worked and mistreated until they were completely junked out. This particular truck has had a lot of time and effort put into it to make it what it is today and if taken care of it will be turning heads for many years to come. It is a very usable truck but yet a ton of fun to take a cruise on the beach with, head to the hills for some camping, advertise in the local parade or just throw your tools in and be the coolest carpenter in town every day of the week!!
