The car received a full mechanical restoration by Shelby expert Fershtand Racing, located in FT. Worth, Texas a few years ago with almost no miles on it since. The mechanical restoration included a freshly prepared K-code 289 Hi Po engine with aluminum Edelbrock heads estimated at a conservative 375Hp with tuned 48 IDA Weber carbs, all mated to a 4 speed Toploader transmission and the original Ford 9" rear end with a 3:50 gear ratio. The engine is trimmed out with Cobra valve covers, Cobra letter Weber intake and an original Shelby lettered aluminum T-pan.
The paint, trim and interior are in excellent overall condition as you can see for the pictures with only some minor flaws in the black paint.
Super-fast and fun!!!
