1931 FORD MODEL A ROADSTER, 2nd OWNER, STEEL BODY, 3 SPEED MANUAL
This 1931 Model-A-Roadster (Vintage Correct Rat Rod). I am the second owner, this was a personal car collection from PA. The car features a reproduction steel roadster body from Brookville Roadster Body Co of Brookville, OH. It is a well built Rat Rod that makes a memorable impression with it's competition design scheme and blue faux vintage patina finish. It is fully operational and ready to be enjoyed, overall condition Very Good.
Engine: is a 276 cu in-1948 Ford Truck Block Bored to a 3 5/16", Mercury Crank with a 4" Stroke, 400 Offenhauser Heads, Johnson Adjustable Lifters, Isky 88 Full Racing Cam, Dual Point Harmon-Collins Distributer, 2 Coils, Edelbrock Intake with Three Newley Rebuilt 94 Carbs with Progressive Linkage. New Walker Radiator and 1939 Ford 3 speed manual Transmission. This Flathead is Quick and Fast!
Chassis: This Rat Rod Rides on a vintage original style frame with a 1940 Ford Front suspension and Rear Axle. Underside is finished in both black chassis paint and blue body color. Chassis is straight and shows no sign of damage or previous repairs. Banjo style rear end with stock style suspension and manual new drum brakes and new master cylinder. 16" wire wheels finished in red paint with good condition wide white walls.
Interior: Burnt orange with full door panels to match, floor and metal dash are painted vintage blue patina to match body color. Steering column, pedals, dash and instrument panel are all reproduction pieces that have the general look of the original. A factory-style banjo steering wheel and a rumble seat not upholstered.
Exterior: A Beautiful Brookville Roadster Body painted Blue Patina with no damage. Always garaged and never in the rain. Exposed engine with headlights, taillights, period correct windshield and full front grille. Street Ready! This car has been well maintained and all fluids changed.
