For sale is my 1967 Mustang Convertible C-code (289 2v), 3-speed Manual Transmission project. This is a project, but already has a lot of work completed and comes with the following new sheet metal: - Left and Right Full Quarter Pans - Trunk to Deck Lid Transition Panel - Tail Light Panel (looks like someone stated to install, but removed it) - Left and Right Outer Wheel Houses Partial trunk pans with drops have been installed on both sides. The DS rear frame rail has had the back section replace. The PS still needs to be done. Both doors look to be in good shape (no rust repair needed, light bodywork is). Fenders aren't awful, but I would replace rather than repair. The floor has been repaired. Up by the toe pans and the lower firewall were cobbled and should be cut out and redone, in my opinion. The hood is good. The deck lid is good. All glass is included. The car was stripped. See the photo for good used parts that I have acquired (including frame mounts for the engine). The power steering is still in place. The car rolls and steers with ease. The power top is there, however the lead edge looks rough. Not sure if that is a repair or replace job. You can see that even with both doors open, this car is solid. they close without issue. The hood opens and closes, and the deck lid moves well, too. Overall a good start to a restomod project or Shelby clone as I was going to do. Don't miss out! Buy it before I change my mind and decide to finish it myself. I might have a set of low-back Mustang bucket seats. I also have a good set of headlight housings that I purchased for this that will also be included. I will confirm shortly and include both items if I do. This has an open title from Illinois.
--------
I just purchased left and right inner wheel houses, the replacement rear frame section, and left and right toe pans for $278.25. These parts are included in the buy-it-now price. I will be starting work on the car shortly. As I complete work, the price will go up.
