Car description

NO RESERVE AUCTION NIGHTMIST BLUE K-CODE GT FASTBACK!
A note to a buyer, Irecommend that you either come and look at this car or get a PPI done on it, I have had so many questions that are veryimportant that I would feel that if you are really interested in this car, you will either see it in person, or have it inspected, I guess it really shows how serious you are or not. I am a "seller" thus my opinion is just that, you are a "buyer" thus I know that if I was buying a car,I would either come and look at it or get it inspected, you are taking the chance. Any car I have bought, I have either looked at it, or had a PPI done, simple as that. You being the "buyer" should also do that. This car was made in 1967, I do not know any of its history from that date until I bought it a year and a half ago. Get it looked at. No, I will not take the car apart to see date codes. There is no transmission tag, nor rear end tag. The car starts, moves, I can drive it and it will get me from point A to point B and back again. I do not drive it much. I have 6 other cars. I do not drive it in bad weather or winter. I classify this car as a "nice" car, I feel it is a great car to enjoy, look at, show, and marvel at its rarity. You might think, I am right on the money or not, and the best way to make sure my opinion to questions asked, is to look at it in person or have a professional look at it for you.One last thing, please do not call me to insult myintelligence and tell me all that is wrong with it, when you have not even seen the car in person or had a PPI done, and if you do that in person, I will ask you to leave. I do not need the money. This car is not junk and it is not concourse, it is somewherein-between that is your opinion after you see it.
As you can see via the close up of the block of the engine, it is a numbers matching engine to VIN. THIS CAR HAS THE CORRECT 289 HIPO ENGINE IN IT. PLEASE do not expect this car to be perfect as it is not priced with an opening bid of 100K even if the K-engine was missing, a K-code 67 GT fastback is worth what the opening bid is. This is about making room in my building for another car, NOT a need for money.
Up for auction is a nice 67 Ford Mustang GT with the rare 289 High Performance K-CODE 4 speed FASTBACK. As you can see this car is a nice driver that looks great! The underside is in nice shape, there are frame connectors on it, and I can say, this car is so solid when driving it! The miles are what they are, thus it must have gone around once? The marti report says it is what it is. The engine has been rebuilt and it runs nice. As far as history? I have had this car for about a year and a half, What I do know is I had it painted, (body was rust free). History before me? I do not know much, but I was told that it had a new floor pan installed, it is painted flat black, this was done somewhere in PA. It may or may not have had otherpanels replaced, if so, it looks to be a nice job, this car is a 1967, one should expect that the car has had work done to it, it is what it is. The transmission also was rebuilt and shifts very tight, it is not broken in yet! There are no issues, but being that it is so fresh, there may or may not be bugs in it and adjustments made. Headlights, taillights, horn, parking lights, fog lights, brake lights, and turn signals lights all work as they should. The underside is not concourse, neither is the car, but it is really nice and solid. Brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, rear end have been rebuilt! It came with a AM 8 Track, but the one there is a Cougar radio. You could easily make this car into a mint condition rare car. Remember, this is a K-code and is actually rarer than a 67 GT350!
Look close at the pictures and be the judge for yourself on its condition, look at the paint, gaps, wheels, interior, and look at the alignment of thepanels. If you are really interested, have it looked at.
You can find a video of the car running, you will have to find it. u tube

A note on shipping, I will assist with the pick up of the car, but you must arrange all shipping and costs associated with shipping. The car will not be released until it is paid in full and I see the cash.
I have explained the story on this car to the best of my knowledge, I have no way to know what the car's history is previous to my ownership, thus I am not responsible for anything that may or may not have happened with the car previous to my ownership.
If you have a question, ask it, and not after you bought it. You are welcome to look at the car, I would recommend either you personally look at it or have a PPI done. I will not allow the car to be picked up before I see the cash either fully in my hand or in my bank.
