1953 Ford f250 pickup

For you "purist's", here's a very rare find!!

A "totally stock" 1953 Ford Pickup with less than 84,000 "actual miles" on it! This "250 model" is the same size as a modern day pickup, with an 8 foot bed. The bed is "original" with the "oak plank" flooring, that's in great shape. Gauges and Electrical work. Bench seat professionally redone in red, matching the interior.

Everything's here and in good shape for being "65 years new"!!

I know the complete history of this "53". My uncle bought it new in 1953 and sold it to me in 1977. It has not been on the road since!

I had a professional "valve job" done on it before putting it "into storage" in 1977.

Buying this "53" pickup will save thousands of dollars and years of time! It has Ford's "Flathead V-8" and the stock 4 speed manual transmission. The Numbers all match.

The interior paint's in good shape as seen in the pictures. The exterior was the same color originally as the interior. It could be again, with a little body work. Surface rust only, including under side and bed !The picture's show the 3 dents on the body. The engine could use a good steam cleaning, which I will try to get done, just to remove dust and dirt.

This "53" has a very adaptable model style. The large fender wells allow for massive tires to be used without any body modifications.

At a car show,I saw a beautiful '53',exactly like this one, butwith a modern paint scheme.It had won in it's class!
