Car description

Hello!
So I purchased this pickup two years ago off eBay from a seller in North Carolina. I got the truck shipped back to my home state of PA and was a little bummed of the condition it was in. It didn't really match the sellers description that it would pass inspection no problem.
Key things I noticed were a decent amount of rust on the floorboard. The floorboard has some holes through it but are covered but by a piece of sheet metal covered by carpet. The turn signal was pretty wonky. It worked, but the lever was so loose I found myself driving around with the left signal on a bunch without noticing right away. The roof has a decent amount of body putty. I avoid driving it in the rain or shortly after rain because it will get wet inside. Drivers side door opens, but does catch and make a decent squeak when opening. There's also no parking break. I just keep it in gear to keep it from rolling away. I also thought it was interesting that the gas pedal was not pedal at all, but just the bar that a pedal should connect to.
Those were my complaints when I got it, but I did get it hoping to work on it and fix it up so shrugged it off and used it. I drove it around summer of 17 into the winter of 18 when it started acting up. I first stalled when a car pulled out in front of me and I had to slam on the breaks. The truck wouldn't turn over right. It eventually did so maybe I just flooded it. It is my first time driving a manual truck, nevertheless a 3 on the tree non power steering beast in the city. What concerned me is soon those stalls were becoming common. Up to the point where I could turn the truck over, but it was going to be only about 30 seconds before it puttered out. Enough time to change street sides for street cleaning. I figured it was probably the carb and got it towed to one of the only local shops that touches carbs for a rebuild. I also blew the muffler a few months back so it was sounding like a monster truck driving it around.
So winter of 18 I took it to Racekrafters in Lancaster and told them "I have $2,000. I think the carb needs replaced or adjusted. I also need a new muffler. After that please do whatever you need to do to have this pass inspection."
They called me up when they were done in December, but I thought with how winter could be in Pennsylvania I'd pay them to keep it in winter storage. I just picked it up last month. When I picked up they did the following jobs - I'm just going to quote from the receipt I saved.
Job #1 - Check engine performance. Work preformed : found engine running roughly. remove, disassemble, rebuild and reinstall carburetor. Replace fuel filter. Replace ignition coil wire boot. Replace engine oil. Replace engine oil filter.
Job #2 - Replace Muffler - parts include Assembly, muffler, clamp, pipe adapter
Job #3 Replace U Joints - replaced both driveshaft u joints.
They do inspections so I asked if it would pass. Unfortunately they do not do fabrication and said I would need my cab mounts replaced to pass inspection. They recommended a guy in town that can do it, but honestly my house needs so much work I should really switch my focus from this truck to that. I also have two busted Vespas that I can work on if I feel like tooling around on a vehicle.
The mechanic said to me "get those cab mounts replaced, bring it back, and I'll slap a sticker on it." but going back to the list of things I was upset about when I got it, those things are still there. I have my doubts it's that easy. I don't want to BS anyone like my seller did to me so I'm listing it as a project truck.
I have the title. I also have the receipt of the work I got done. Total was $914.81.
If you live in our around Lancaster PA and would like to see it please get in touch. I ask that the buyer figures out pickup or shipping the truck. I'll update some more photos to my listing, but as of right now I just have the 4 I took when I got it towed to PA.
