1984 Ford Bronco - Two Owners!!

Hello,
I have a non-smoker 1984 Ford Bronco (full size) for sale with the 4.9L inline 6 cyl engine w/ automatic transmission. I am the second owner as I bought it from the original owner in Washington state two years ago & wanted a fun weekend car for where I live in Southern California. Luckily enough, I have all the service records from both the original owner and the few repairs I've put into it since I've had it. The original owner said he never took the removable top off and it doesn't appear it has been messed with. Also, since I've had the truck, I've paid to have the transmission rebuilt, radiator & exhaust manifold replaced, and the front brake calipers & pads to be replaced as well. Additionally, I hadthe carburetor tuned so itfully passes CA smog requirements with no problems (tabs are current).
The few negatives include some small rust spots along both bumpers and small pockets by the rocker areas by the front doors which you can see in the photos. Additionally, the tailgate doesn't open/close properlyand have the parts to fix it. The good news is the tailgate doesn't affect the usability of the power rear window which slides up/down without issue. Also, there is a rip in the driver side cloth seat & a small leak above the windshield which I noticed when I wash it. It doesn't rain much here in SoCal & I always keep it garaged so its never been a problem.
Clean California title in-hand and this truck is almost completely stock and original. Original owner added an aftermarket cassette deck/radio as there was no original radio included at the original sale. Other than that, the truck is in good shape, runs well, & has no issues and always gets compliments when I take it out.
