The car is a 289 V8 Overdrive car from the factory. however it now has a 223 straight 6 from another 64 Galaxie. I have the bell housing. clutch and throttle linkage should you want to return it to a V8 (will go with the car on request). New clutch. brakes. tires and tons more. however the brakes still need to be bled as they still have air in the system. No rust ever. VERY solid car. Runs well. but needs some finishing work (brakes bled etc). Body is straight. has a few dings here and there. not a high point show car! Paint not perfect. has some orange peel that could be color sanded out NOT A SHOW CAR! Drivers door upper wood trim is not kosher. the original was beyond saving so one was made that looks Ok till another can be found. Has power rear window. not working. window will be blocked in position for transport. The interior is from a 64 Galaxie XL500. All 4 door panels are from an XL. as well as the front seats and center console. The console has no shifter hole ever.
