Car description

You're bidding on a 1967 Ford Mustang Sport Sprint with a 200 cid engine. The vehicle appears to have the Sports Sprint option which includes the following factory options: Full Wheel Covers. Chrome Plated Air Cleaner. and Special Springtime Color (Frost Turquoise); Here's the Trim Tag breakdown:YEAR: 1967. PLANT: R-San Jose. CA. BODY: 01- 2 Door Hardtop. ENGINE: T- 200. 1V. UNIT: 223917. BODY: 65A- 2 Door Hardtop. Standard Interior. COLOR: (Blank). TRIM: 2B-Lt. Blue Crinkle Vinyl and Dk. Blue Crinkle Vinyl. Standard Interior. DATE: 30F- June 30. 1967. DSO: 515234-Denver (Special Order Unit 5234). AXLE: 3-3. 20 Conventional. TRANS: W- C-4 AutomaticI purchased this vehicle several months ago in a non-running state. Overall. the vehicle is in very good condition. Based on the condition. the mileage could be 22K or 122K. I cannot say for certain either way. The previous owner had the vehicle painted in a non-factory color. It appears that the original factory color is Frost Turquoise (as noted by the trunk pics). I would rate the pant condition as very good but it's not to show car quality. It's a solid vehicle with no rust holes. The entire powertrain appears to be functioning well. although the carb may need some choke adjustment. I did a full tune-up on the engine. It originally had an old. well worn mismatched 1968 carb which explained why it didn't run very well. The transmission shift normally through all the gears. I've changed the engine oil/filter along with the transmission oil/filter. The suspension is tight with new tires and shock absorbers. sway bar end-link bushings and one outer tie rod end. It will need an alignment. I've replaced the master cylinder. nbsp;front and rear brake shoes. front wheel cylinders and hardware. The brakes will need to be bled and adjusted. I haven't had the opportunity to completely adjust the brakes (i. e. bleed and adjust) because of the weather but it can be driven. The interior is in good condition but the headliner appears not to have been installed correctly and there's some glue residue on the back seat. The pass side door jamb switch is not working. All of the interior and exterior lights work. The resistor assembly for the heater fan needs to be replaced since it only works at the lower settings. I have the resistor assembly as well as other misc parts that will be included in the sale. Please let me know if you have any questions. I can be reached at 224-425-1919. Due to the age of the vehicle. it's being sold "as-is". I've tried to point out the + and - of the vehicle. just remember to ask if you have any other detailed questions. Good luck bidding!!!
