Up for auction is this very nice '26 Model T Doctor's Coupe. It still has it's original 4 cylinder flathead with matching numbers. The engine has been rebuilt & runs excellent. A compression test shows 49-50-50-50, which is very good. The car has updated distributor & alternator -12 volt system. This really whips the engine over when starting and runs smooth, idles cool and drives excellent. It stops good too. I've taken itout for a one hour ride with no issues. A real blast to drive. This is a 93 yr. gem. Nice and clean engine bay. All the glass is good & in working order. It has nice shiny paint, not show quality, however, nice. It does have some small minor dings from 93 yrs of existence. It has a new quality top that has been added that is in very nice condition. It has the original 4.50 x 21 wood spoke rims that are in excellent condition. The tires have had good tread and hold air good with some slight weather check. There are new tubes in the tires so would be good to drive on. The body, hood, front fenders, running boards, splash aprons are all steel and in very good shape. The rear fenders are expensive heavy glass. The gauges, headlights, wipers and horn all work. Walking around the car, it is hard to find any small dents as it looks shiny and smooth. The interior has been redone in tan vinyl & looks great. It has a very nice matching headliner & door panels. The trunk is also awesome with nice custom fit carpet that looks great. The car starts right up even after sitting 2-3 wks. The battery stays charged up so no electrical issues. I have driven this vehicle with no troubles & would be confident to jump in this 'T' and go anywhere. This car starts, runs, drives and stops just like old Henry intended.
