1954 Ford F250 flatbed truck. Truck was purchased new with the flatbed on February 5, 1954 in Northern California at Howard Eddy Motors in Concord, Ca. Original price was $2,021.32. Included is paperwork back to purchase date and the photo album. Truck spent the 50's-90's in California and Vegas from the 90's-2018. Looks and runs great, I purchased this beauty from the second owner. He bought it in the early 90's from the original owner. The man was a native of Hawaii and personalized the truck with a couple of Hawaiian stickers and a Hawaiian flag on the headliner. I liked to the patina they added to the truck so I never removed them. He had the restoration done when he bought in the 90's. Starting with a great truck with nice cab, cab corners, fenders, doors, frame and bed made for an easy project. . This fun truck is not a trailer queen or show truck and not $50K. It is a fun truck that can be enjoyed for years. There are chips in the paint and a minor dent in the right front fender. (see pictures) The original 6 cylinder engine and 4 speed transmission were replaced with a 302 V8 and C4 automatic transmission from a 1972 Mustang. A nice shifter (I think it is a Lokar) operates the automatic trans nicely. The power brakes work great. Tires are Continentals 245-75-16. New water pump, thermostat, belt, hoses and radiator cap. I replaced the 3 row radiator with a clean and tested 4 row radiator when I replaced the water pump about 6 months ago) Bench seat sags a bit on the left outer edge. Some of the side glass are cracked and should be replaced but the windows roll up and down fine. A little sloppy in the manual steering. (normal on these old trucks) The Arizona title is in my name, notarized and ready for the new owner. Located in Lake Havasu City, AZ. 86406 and is available to view and inspect in person. Odometer shows 67,972 miles but true mileage is unknown. Truck is sold without any warranty of any kind and is sold as/is-where/is. Come look at it and drive it.
