1947 Mercury Coupe Street Rod

I inherited this car from my father. The car had been sitting for several years not driven. I just had the tank dropped and cleaned, new fuel pump, new plugs and wires, new Edelbrock 4 barrel carb. Okay, I have revised my original description. The electric choke is not hooked up so you need to keep it running until it warms up and then it will idle. The engine is going to need work. I originally said the transmission would not go into gear. Once the wheel was tilted back down it goes into gear fine. There is an issue when the wheel is up that when putting it into gear engages the starter. Here is the information my father left in the car.

I am unsure of any mileage on this car.
The car does have AC but do not know the condition. There is no motors on the windshield wipers. You will need to tow the car. I am moving so it needs to go quick.
