Car description |
---|
Up for sale is the rare 1972 Mustang sprint coupe.
This is a rare find with the more rare H code 351 engine.
These cars look great when they are restored.
According to the previous owner the car was running but the fuel pump went out and since then it has sat. They purchased a new fuel pump for it when I purchased the car from them they put it in the trunk where it has been ever since.
They also claimed that the engine is original to the car. I have not verified it so it is not guaranteed to be the original engine.
Car comes with a clear title in the former owners name.
What you see in the pictures is all that I have for it any other parts that might be seen in the pics are for my other mustangs.
I am only selling because I have got 4 other cars to do in front of this one and so it will sit for at least 5 years before I get to it, so I would rather send her to someone who has the time to fix her.
There are a few rust issues that you would have to deal with but by no means is it a rust bucket, it is good project for a really rare car.
For more info on these cars please go to the 1972 sprint registry website.
If you show up to the car shows with it finished you will probably be the only one who has one and is sure to garner a lot of attention.
I am usually home everyday so I can help with your shipper.
Please do not low ball me as I am by no means desperate to sell this car and will just put it to the back of the list of cars to do while I look for a fastback and convertible so I can do all three versions of the 1972 sprint together.
Any questions please Ebay Message
I reserve the right to end the auction early as this car is listed for sale locally or if I find a fastback or convertible for sale and purchase it I will keep them all.
