Car description |
---|
This was in the same family for nearly 60 years and is the product of a 40 thousand dollar frame off nut and bolt restoration, which isn't counting anything for car's value to start with.
The motor was balanced and is the smoothest running model A that I have ever driven. Three grand was spent on a set of 4 new old stock shocks, which is just an example of the insane level this was done.
There are some really minor paint imperfections like a tiny chip or scratch from driving it about a thousand miles since it was done about 15 years ago. The only real issue to call out is some paint bubbling a the bottom of the cowl on the passenger side. I picked at it and it is solid metal that must have just gotten some moisture under the paint. You can see this in the images of you check the exploded view.
Call or text 217-827-1173 Or email ben@velomine.com for more info or more images. I can take a video and upload to YouTube if you want to hear it running.
This car should be worth close to half of the restoration cost. I do welcome all offers. You aren't going to offend me so don't worry.
